Cutting-edge audio visual company Workspace AV’s rapid growth has been aided by Wiltshire-based creative agency Milk & Tweed.

Founded four years ago, Workspace AV specialises in designing, installing and maintaining AV technology in offices, boardrooms, retail, education and hospitality. The company has expanded its operations, with offices in the UK and Europe and customers around the globe.

Marketing Manager Ellie Double said since the pandemic more and more organisations need state-of-the-art connectivity when staff are working remotely. “There’s a real need for inclusivity when team members aren’t present in the office and part of our offer is technology that does that,” she explained. “We help businesses create better-connected, more engaging spaces through technology. “

The company, which has offices in London, Romsey and Amsterdam, wanted a new brand and website to reflect its growing confidence and position as a leader in its field.

Ellie continued, “Our website is the first impression for most of our potential customers and it plays a huge role in credibility, trust, and brand perception. It’s central to our marketing strategy, email campaigns and social media drive people back to the website, so getting it right was a big priority for us.”

Workspace AV, which also supplies video walls for retail and entertainment spaces and works with clients including Universal, Skanska, Furniture Village and Smash Burgers, turned to Milk & Tweed because it was impressed with the Chippenham and Brighton agency’s previous work.

“We liked what they’d done and when we met them they took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve and the personality behind our brand,” said Ellie. “We wanted a partner who could collaborate closely and bring our vision to life and Milk & Tweed felt like the right fit for this.

“Everyone in the team was brilliant to work with. They were friendly, professional and the communication was clear.”

The result is a new brand palette featuring rich green tones with contrasting light green and purple and a website with a modern look and clearer structure that better showcases the company’s services.

The project came about as a result of Milk & Tweed’s close working relationship with Workspace AV.

Jake Jeffries, Milk & Tweed Creative Director, said, “It is great how our partnership with Workspace AV has grown over this year. They came in at the start of the year just looking for some website support and hosting, and the relationship has grown to the point where we are now offering them full agency support with all their design, website and marketing needs.

“We were thrilled to look at the website for them, as we could see the potential it had. They are a great company and provide an amazing service but their existing site didn’t reflect that, so we were all very excited to work on the project and we all love the outcome.”
