Redkite Conversations – a new free quarterly business breakfast series
Redkite Conversations, a new free quarterly business breakfast series, is launching to bring together businesses, charities and community organisations for meaningful discussion, shared insight and stronger connections.
Organised by Redkite Solicitors, the series is built around the belief that real conversations lead to lasting relationships. Redkite Conversations will create a relaxed and welcoming space for leaders, professionals and community voices to explore and discuss topics shaping organisations.
The inaugural session will take place on Wednesday 4th March 2026 at Redkite Solicitors’ Cirencester office and will feature guest speaker Harvey Fremlin, Managing Director of The National Self Build & Renovation Centre (NSBRC).
Harvey has been part of NSBRC since 2008 and has served as Managing Director since 2014. During this time, he has led the organisation’s transition from 61% employee ownership in 2016 to 87% in 2025, alongside achieving both Good Business Charter accreditation and B Corp Certification in 2025. In this opening conversation, Harvey will explore what it truly takes to build a sustainable business, highlighting the role of clarity of purpose, shared ownership and creating the right environment for organisations and people to thrive.
Joining the session will also be The Cotswold Collective, Redkite’s new partners in employee wellbeing and purposeful benefits, who will share insight into how values-led support enables individuals not just to perform, but to genuinely flourish at work.
