Redkite Conversations October: Protecting your business when life changes

Business owners, entrepreneurs and advisers are invited to attend the Redkite Solicitors Conversations breakfast next week.

Taking place on Tuesday 13^th October at the firm’s Cirencester office, the event will explore the relationship between family life, business ownership and future planning, under the theme Business and Relationships: Protecting Your Business When Life Changes.

Guest speaker Simon Prior of Azets will join Sally Tarlton-Weatherall, Family Law Partner at Redkite Solicitors, to discuss what can happen when personal relationships and business ownership overlap, and the conversations business owners should be having before circumstances change.

With more than 30 years’ experience in tax, Simon advises owner-managed businesses throughout their lifecycle, while Sally specialises in complex financial matters arising from divorce and separation, including business assets, investments, trusts and property.

The session will examine how business owners can protect both their personal and commercial interests when faced with unexpected life events, changing family circumstances or succession considerations. Attendees will gain practical insights into managing risk, planning ahead and safeguarding the future of their businesses.
