Salisbury-based Blue Frontier has launched the next phase of Ampullai — the company’s business intelligence tool — to enable greater business understanding of ongoing AI brand perception across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude.

The changes evolve Ampullai from a diagnostics tool into an ongoing measurement platform. It comes as AI increasingly shapes how customers see brands and their products and services, as more people turn to AI search to aid discovery and decision-making.

The platform now includes new competitor benchmarking to show how brands compare against five chosen rivals, trend analysis detailing how AI brand understanding is changing, and 12-month tracking capabilities that allow businesses to identify patterns, demonstrate improvement, and plan with confidence. The updates to the tool — which initially launched in July 2026 — build upon the existing three reports: Brand Report, Competitor Report, and Consumer Sentiment Report.

The advanced competitor monitoring brings all reports together for focused insight into how AI positions brands against the competitors that matter most and what they can do to get ahead. Meanwhile, the sentiment source breakdown and insights feature allows brands to understand what is influencing AI’s view of their business and where to focus next before perceptions become entrenched. It crawls online sources like customer reviews, media coverage, directories, and more.

James Fry, Managing Director at Blue Frontier, said, “Businesses are increasingly recognising that AI perception is not static. A single report can highlight where a brand stands today, but ongoing measurement is what reveals whether that position is improving, where competitors are gaining ground, and which actions are genuinely making a difference. Ampullai gives teams a clearer way to track changes over time and to confidently shape positive AI responses.”

Ampullai is free to use but has additional paid functionality for ongoing strategic capability. Digital Transformation Expo (DTX) London delegates will be able to have an in-person demo with expert recommendations from the team.
