Blue Frontier launches AI brand intelligence platform
Salisbury-based digital agency Blue Frontier has launched Ampullai, a new AI business intelligence tool that provides senior decision-makers with insight into how AI platforms perceive their company, competitors, and brand sentiment.
The platform simultaneously crawls ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini for comprehensive insights, with three reports available that clearly detail what AI believes about brands and what it will tell audiences about them.
Generative AI has become a key source of information for consumers and businesses alike and it’s critical for organisations to understand how platforms portray their brand. Companies that are misrepresented, underrepresented, or absent from AI-generated responses may lose visibility and credibility without knowing it.
Ampullai identifies how AI platforms interpret and communicate their brand, providing actionable insights to improve visibility, reputation, and competitive positioning across the evolving AI landscape.
While other AI platforms provide performance metrics into visibility, rankings, and share of voice, the tool provides narrative interpretation and qualitative data that can be readily used by C-suite and operational teams. It uses various online sources in its findings, such as owned content, news and press, social media, review platforms, search presence, directories, and more.
James Fry, Managing Director at Blue Frontier, said, “Businesses can no longer ignore what AI platforms are saying about their brand – and without modern solutions, many are left in the dark. Our new tool will help put control back into the hands of brands, showing how they’re being benchmarked, spoken about, and seen across popular generative engines. This is just phase one, and we’re excited to share upcoming features soon.”
The AI Brand Radar report provides an analysis of how AI platforms perceive brand reputation, trust, and visibility. The report ranks performance across the AI platforms, detailing a brand summary, unique selling proposition, pros and cons, and the percentage of where AI sees businesses online.
The second report, AI Competitor Radar, allows businesses to understand who AI platforms think their competitors are, indicating opportunities and threats, which competitors rank highly on each platform and why, and how AI perceives them in comparison.
The final report, the AI Consumer Sentiment report, shows what AI platforms are saying about customers and whether they’re discussing brands positively or negatively. It offers a full breakdown of opinions and behaviours towards businesses, showing where sources are coming from and what’s shaping perception.
Currently, anyone can sign up for a free subscription, giving users three credits to use each month. The platform is set to expand further with the introduction of additional paid features. Attendees at DTX London 2026 will get a chance to visit their stand for in-person demonstrations on each of the reports.
