Zoe Chandler: Tolley’s Taxation Awards Rising Star of the Year
Zoe Chandler, Senior Tax Manager at Milsted Langdon, has been named the winner of the Rising Star category at the Tolley’s Taxation Awards 2026.
Zoe was picked from a competitive field of entries, and the award caps an exceptional period in her career.
Since joining the firm in 2023, Zoe has helped to double the size of the Bath tax portfolio and built specialist expertise in several niche, complex areas, including assisting high net worth individuals, inheritance tax and international trust advisory.
Alongside her technical work, she has also played a key role in mentoring junior members of the team, building strong professional relationships and delivering meaningful support to clients.
These are all qualities that the Tolley’s judges singled out as the hallmarks of a Rising Star, and the result was announced at an awards ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane in London.

Zoe’s win sits alongside the firm’s own shortlisting in the Best Tax Practice in a Regional Firm category at the same awards.
