Tell us about Thrings and a bit about the work you do…

Why did you decide to sponsor the 2025 TBE Awards?

What is it about the Flying the Flag for the South West category that appealed to you?

We chose to sponsor the Flying the Flag for the South West category because we’re passionate about championing those who are helping to put the South West on the map — whether through innovation, sustainability, or outstanding business performance. The award celebrates organisations that represent the very best of the South West’s entrepreneurial spirit, and that’s something we’re proud to support.

How important is regional recognition like the TBE Awards to businesses and organisations?

Regional recognition is incredibly important. Awards like TBE awards give businesses a chance to celebrate achievements and share stories that inspire others. They also help raise the profile of the region itself — showing innovation, business performance and collaboration are all strong right here in the South West.

What are you looking forward to about Awards night?

Awards night is always a highlight – a chance to celebrate success, reconnect with familiar faces, and meet new people. There’s an unmistakable energy in the room, and a real sense of pride in the South West’s collective achievements.
