Wiltshire-based video content specialist Visual PR Productions is celebrating double recognition at this year’s TBE Awards sponsored by Thrings. The company has been named a finalist in two categories:

  • Best Creative Campaign sponsored by Workshed
  • Best User Experience

Founded by Motorsports Commentator Chris Dawes, Visual PR Productions is built on the power of authentic conversation. With a background in live broadcasting, Chris brings a relaxed and engaging interview style to corporate video, helping organisations and their people connect with audiences through unscripted, story-driven content. From studio shoots to virtual interviews, the team focuses on credibility, creativity and connection – no hard sell, just real conversations that bring topics to life.

We asked Chris a few questions about Visual PR Productions and its shortlisting in the 2025 TBE Awards.

Why did you enter the 2025 TBE Awards
I was encouraged to enter because we’ve evolved so much in such a short space of time and what we’re doing is exciting and unique. I relented and I’m delighted that I did.

What achievement are you most proud of in the past 12 months
Our growth and the evolution of our services. We’ve introduced automation, built our own studio for clients to visit and added a virtual studio option. It’s all about making things easier and more accessible for the people we work with.

What does being a finalist in the TBE Awards mean to you / your team
It makes us incredibly proud. It validates all the hard work we’ve put in—especially because the categories reflect exactly what we’ve been trying to achieve with our creativity and automation. It’s a real honour.

What’s next for you – any exciting plans or goals on the horizon
We’re planning to grow the team so we can support more clients. We’re also working on a second studio design. Longer term we’re exploring franchise opportunities—building a network of presenters around the country who share our philosophy and want to make a living doing what they love: creating video, audio and written content from one monthly conversation in front of the camera.

If you win, how will you celebrate
Publicly it’ll definitely involve bubbly and ideally a celebratory meal with the team. Privately I’ll take a moment to reflect and enjoy the achievement. It would be a powerful affirmation of what we’re building here.
