A new era begins at Simpson & Partners

Simpson & Partners, designers and manufacturers of Electric Vehicle chargers, has been acquired by a consortium of private investors.

The new company Simpson & Partners (EV) Ltd, is led by automotive industry veteran Paul Willcox.

Paul Willcox brings a wealth of experience to the company, having previously served as Chairman of Nissan Europe and Managing Director of 14 different car brands. With the support of the new investors, Paul will lead the business as chairman strengthening the management team and guide the business into the next phase of its ambitious expansion plans.

 The previous company’s founders, Mandy Simpson and David Simpson will remain part of the management team and will continue to build on the business’s great products and cutting-edge technology to drive the company’s long-term mission forward.

Based in Malmesbury, Simpson & Partners (EV) Ltd is dedicated to designing and manufacturing premium but affordable electric vehicle (EV) chargers. Chargers can be purchased directly online or from their Cotswold factory and customised in over 100 different colourways and finishes. The company is privately owned.
