The Rethink Collective sponsors TBE Awards’ Dream Team category
The Rethink Collective is sponsoring the Dream Team Award category at this year’s TBE Awards.
The organisation partners with companies seeking to transition from being founder-led to becoming leader-led. It provides a range of related services, including one-to-one coaching, workshops, retreats and away days.
The Collective operates at two levels simultaneously within organisations: encouraging the founder(s) to step forward into a more active role, while empowering the leadership team to take on greater responsibility.
It currently works with 12 companies based in the South West across various sectors.
We spoke to Strategy and Leadership Coach, and The Rethink Collective Co-Founder, Nick Cramp.

Why did you choose to sponsor a TBE Award category this year?
We decided to sponsor a TBE Award category because we believe in highlighting companies that excel at what they do. In these challenging times, it is important to shine a light on successful leaders and businesses to inspire others to learn from their examples.
Additionally, the TBE values and ethos align very closely with our own core commitments, making sponsorship a great way to show our support for the local business community.
Why did the Dream Team category appeal to you?
This category is a perfect fit for us, as all our work centres around building confident leadership teams in the companies we partner with. We understand how difficult it is to develop a collaborative and capable leadership team and how crucial this is for a company’s ongoing success and growth.
Companies are only as strong as the leadership team behind them, so this is a fantastic opportunity to recognise excellence in team building.
Creating dream teams is our passion, so we’re delighted to sponsor this category.
How important is regional recognition like the TBE Awards for businesses and organisations?
We believe it is essential for companies to be acknowledged for exceptional performance or achievement, as it demonstrates what is possible. Good news is in short supply these days, and events like the TBE Awards provide a chance to celebrate successes and highlight the great work being done across the region.
Running or leading a business is tough, so having the opportunity to meet other founders and leaders, share experiences, and exchange wisdom is invaluable.
Are there other categories you will be monitoring closely?
We will be paying close attention to Leader of the Year and The Rising Star Awards.
It’s crucial that leaders are recognised for their role, as their drive, ideas, and commitment transform good companies into great ones. Leadership can often be thankless, with high expectations and demands, so it’s wonderful to see those who excel in this area acknowledged.
All companies need a continuous influx of rising stars to stay relevant and evolve within their sectors. Rising stars bring fresh ideas and energy, which are vital ingredients for future leadership. We look forward to learning more about the finalists in this category.
What are you looking forward to on Awards Night?
We’re excited about the chance to meet new people and reconnect with existing contacts. Collaboration is key for small businesses like ours, and events like these allow us to spend time with a diverse range of interesting individuals who share our passion for all things business.
Anything else you would like to add?
We’re just grateful for the opportunity to sponsor an award. As a new member of TBE, we’re looking forward to attending various TBE events over the coming months and getting to know other members.
