Hosted by newsreader Kylie Pentelow, the speakers will walk attendees through some key ‘people priorities,’ with a clear focus on:
- Economic conditions and business confidence
- Workforce strategy
- Costs, wages and pay
- Technology: AI and productivity
- Culture, engagement and future skills
The event takes place on 5th March at Bath’s Interaction and will feature a panel consisting of:
- Emma Summers, CEO & Founder of Juice Recruitment
- Neil Carberry OBE, CEO of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation
- Jack King, Head of City Sales & Property Expert
- Richard White, Employment Law Partner at RWK Goodman
- Martin Bysh, Former CEO of Huboo and serial entrepreneur
Emma Summers, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Juice Recruitment, said, “In light of a modest pick-up in job vacancies being advertised in January 2026, we are delighted to be joined by the REC’s CEO Neil Carberry and a panel of exceptional leaders representing tech, property and law to discuss and showcase what we can expect from employment and recruitment in 2026.
“With the economy needing growth, businesses requiring confidence to invest in their people hiring strategies, increasing employment costs, rising youth unemployment and the impact of AI and the employment rights bill, there will be so much conversation around how we navigate the next 12 months for our people and our businesses.
“Join us for a fascinating morning of perspective and insight into employment across Bath, Somerset and Wiltshire. All at Team Juice cannot wait!!!”
