Chalkhill Blue Limited has successfully advised a long-standing client on the completion of a Management Buyout (MBO).
The company, which helps ambitious SME leaders unlock strategic and transformational value through business coaching, advised Corporate Amusement Services and High Score Arcades on the deal.
The transaction sees Senior Executives Mikael Brown and Aaron Gilbey take ownership of the combined business, following a sustained period of strong performance and expansion.
Chalkhill Blue worked closely with the shareholders and management team to structure and deliver the MBO, providing advice throughout the process and ensuring a smooth transition of ownership.
The wider deal team included Thrings Solicitors, led by Partner Simon Hore, alongside funding support from Allica Bank.
