Chalkhill Blue Limited has successfully supported its longstanding client, Whatley & Co, on the acquisition of Danbar Drilling Services.
Marking a key milestone in Whatley & Co’s ambitious growth strategy, the acquisition strengthens the company’s service offering and market position.
Chalkhill Blue provided advisory support throughout the transaction, working closely with the leadership team at Whatley & Co to identify the opportunity, structure the deal and manage the process through to completion.
