Salisbury-based business systems provider A2Z Cloud has announced the appointment of Buket Stallard as Head of Operations, effective from 2 February 2026.
The role was previously held by Sonia Batey, who progressed into the position of Chief Operating Officer and is now Chief Executive Officer following the acquisition of the business. As A2Z Cloud continues to grow, the appointment reflects a clear commitment to strong leadership while protecting the values that have always defined how the company operates.
Buket joined A2Z Cloud in April 2023 as a Project Coordinator and quickly progressed into the role of Operations Team Leader. Since joining, she has built a strong reputation across the business for her reliability, fairness and deep understanding of both customer delivery and team support. She has worked closely with senior leadership and has played a key role in guiding the business through a period of significant change and growth.
In her new role, Buket will oversee all project delivery and support functions across both UK and overseas teams, leading approximately 10 to 15 roles depending on project demand. She will report directly to Sonia Batey, CEO.
Over the past 18 months, A2Z Cloud has expanded its customer base, services and internal structure. Throughout this time, Buket has been central to ensuring that growth has been handled with care, consistency and accountability. Her approach has helped the business strengthen its operational foundations while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes for customers and support for the people delivering the work.
